18 Months Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from Arcades Australia.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Arcades Australia will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Arcades Australia will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Arcades Australia is 18 months from the date of purchase. 

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

How much will it cost for delivery?

Flat rate of $99 Australia wide!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours and will arrive at your door in 1-4 business days. You will be notified upon dispatch and receive a tracking number via email.

Can I return my order?

If there is anything wrong with the machine you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process. We don't do returns for change of mind.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes. All our products come with 18 months warranty. We also offer post-warranty support so we won’t just leave you after your warranty ends. We’re always here to help!

What is the difference between all the designs you offer?

All our units offer the same awesome features — they’re just different on the outside. Yes, they all have 10,000 games!

Is there any set-up required?

No. All units are ready to plug in and play!

Do you have a store where I can see it in person?

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes. If our designs are not what you are after, we offer custom designs for an extra fee. Call us on (02)9174 5242 to discuss.

Can I save my progress?

Current models of the tabletop machines are unable to save the progress of the game.
